Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed October 30, 2026
1. Our commitment
JR Copier of Minnesota, LLC, doing business as WebLeadsNow wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use webleadsnow.com (the "Site"), learn about our services and contact us. We work to make the Site accessible and keep improving it.
2. Standard we follow
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), as our design and development standard.
Conformance status: partially conformant. This means we work toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA and test against it, but some content may not fully meet it yet. The Site has not been reviewed by an independent accessibility auditor.
3. What we have done
- Structure: pages use headings, landmark regions (header, navigation, main content, footer), breadcrumbs and lists so screen readers can move through them.
- Keyboard access: menus, links, buttons, FAQ answers and forms work with a keyboard. A "Skip to content" link is the first item on every page, and the item with focus has a visible outline.
- Text alternatives: photos and website screenshots have descriptive alt text. Decorative icons are hidden from screen readers.
- Color and contrast: text and buttons meet the WCAG AA contrast ratio. We use darker shades of our brand colors for text so it stays readable.
- Forms: every field has a visible label, required fields are coded as required so browsers and screen readers announce them, and the result of sending a form is announced as a status message. If a form cannot be sent, the message gives our phone number and an email link.
- Motion: the animated product demos on our software pages have a pause button, and animations stop when your device is set to reduce motion.
- Zoom and small screens: pages reflow for phones and for browser zoom up to 200% without scrolling sideways.
- Language: every page declares English as its language, and we write in plain language.
4. How we test
On October 30, 2026 we tested every page of the Site with the axe-core automated accessibility checker against WCAG 2.2 Level A and AA rules, fixed the contrast and markup issues it found, and retested until no issues were reported. We also checked pages at desktop and phone widths.
Automated tools find only part of the problems people can run into, so we review new pages as we publish them and welcome reports from visitors.
5. Known limitations
- Animated demos: the product demos on our software pages are described for screen readers as a single image with a summary. The steps they show are also explained in the text next to them.
- Website screenshots: project images are pictures of other websites, so text inside the screenshots is not readable by screen readers. Each one has alt text, and the project details are written out on the card.
- Websites we link to: client websites, our lead-generation sites, our software products (such as the WebLeadsNow CRM), Google Maps and social media are separate websites. Their accessibility is managed by their owners and may differ from this Site.
- Forms need JavaScript: our questionnaire and availability forms send with JavaScript. If it is turned off, call or email us instead.
6. Feedback and help
If you have trouble using any part of the Site, or need information in a different format, contact us and we will help. You can also call us and we will fill out the questionnaire with you over the phone.
